Terms & Conditions

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which Tower Security (London) Limited makes the products available to you ("Product Terms"). When entering into this contract you will transact with and be bound by the Terms & Conditions of Tower Security (London) Limited. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Prices
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge. The delivery charge is calculated on the weight of the order, see the shipping charges link on the sidebar.

Descriptions
Items are as described on the website. We take no responsibility for any item supplied that has been used for any purpose other than that recommended by the manufacturer. Wrongly ordered items are subject to our returns policy below.

Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Contract
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until payment for your goods is authorised by your bank or credit card insurer. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that payment for the goods is authorised, (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us. Authority for payment must be given at the time of the order. If for any reason the goods can not be supplied then payment will be refunded in full.

Delivery
Carriage charges are by weight in the UK mainland only. Contact us if you require delivery anywhere else.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. All goods must be signed for on receipt. Orders will be despatched as soon as possible, if any item is not in stock, we will email you with a estimated despatch date.

Cancellation
The order cannot be cancelled after the goods have been sent out. If an order is cancelled before despatch, your payment will be refunded less a handling charge of 20% or £5, whichever is the greater.

Returns
If goods are faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to obtain a returns number. You should then return them to us by recorded delivery, at your own cost. Following confirmation of the fault, we will replace the item or return payment in full.

If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.

If you decide to return a product to us that is not faulty, your payment will be refunded less an administration charge of 30% or £10, whichever is the greater.

Payment
We can accept payment for online orders only through PayPal. You do not need to set up a PayPal account, PayPal will take your credit card details and process the payment. We will not have access to your credit card details.

Our liability to you in respect of an order shall be limited to the value of that order (to the fullest extent permitted by all applicable law), and we shall not be liable to you for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure, depletion of goodwill, loss of privacy or loss of data or any other claims for indirect, consequential, special or punitive compensation whatsoever howsoever caused including, without limitation, as a result of our negligence, which arise out of or in connection with an order. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in these terms and conditions excludes our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

General
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
